The free assessment maps your current systems and shows where automation would actually save time.
Signs you need this
- Leads are tracked in a shared inbox or spreadsheet, partly by hand.
- A new inquiry waits until someone happens to see it.
- Calls before or after hours go to voicemail and some never get returned.
- Staff retype the same details into two or three systems.
- Follow-up depends on someone remembering to do it on Monday.
- You run software you cannot throw away, and none of it talks to the rest.
What is included
- Lead routing and qualification. Instant qualification and SMS or email follow-up. Each inquiry reaches the right person quickly.
- AI voice agents. 24/7 agents that book live calendar appointments. Calls outside business hours get answered.
- CRM workflows. Synchronization with GoHighLevel, or HubSpot and Salesforce on request. Records stay current without retyping.
- Integrations. Legacy-system and third-party API connections. Your existing tools share data.
- Self-hosted option. Automations that run on infrastructure you control, described in Own Your Automation Stack.
Manual versus automated lead follow-up
| Manual | Automated | |
|---|---|---|
| First response | Depends on who sees the form first | An immediate acknowledgment by rule |
| After hours | Waits for the next business day | Answered by an AI voice agent or text, then booked or flagged |
| Data entry | Retyped into the CRM | Synced between systems |
| Follow-up | Relies on memory and reminders | Runs as a defined sequence |
| Tracking | A spreadsheet or inbox | A pipeline in the CRM |

What to automate, what to keep human
| Automate | Keep with a person |
|---|---|
| Acknowledging an inquiry | Complaints and sensitive conversations |
| Routing by rules | Custom pricing and negotiation |
| Booking appointments | Final commitments and exceptions |
| Syncing records | Anything needing judgment or trust |
We build in a handoff to a person for requests the automation should not handle. The handoff is an email alert to a person, so nothing waits on the automation alone.
Data handling and measuring results
Where your data lives depends on the tier, as the FAQ below explains, and theprivacy policy names our subprocessors. To measure results we record a baseline in discovery and report the same measures after launch. For a first estimate, try theautomation ROI calculator.
How it works
The work follows the Continuit Methodology.
- Scope and discovery. We map your lead capture and tools. You show us how leads arrive today.
- Build. Automate Shift configures routing, voice agents and CRM connections. You review scripts and rules.
- Test and launch. We run test leads through the system. You approve go-live.
- Managed operation. We update workflows and report. You flag what changes.
- Graduate as you grow. You add voice lines, locations or deeper automation.
How this connects to the rest of Continuit
Automation works best behind a good front door. Modernize builds the site that captures inquiries, Get Found brings the right visitors, andProtect & Optimize secures the workflows. You can also watch an example run in the Growth Ops Simulator.
Frequently asked questions
Do you use AI in your automation work?
Yes. All three shops operate as an AI-native team, and AI is part of how we build, automate and monitor. We say so because clients ask. Where AI raises data-handling or compliance questions, FEDLIN can provision AI infrastructure that runs inside your own boundary, governed and hardened, instead of on a shared cloud platform.
How accurate are AI voice agents?
An AI voice agent can mishandle an accent, a noisy line or an unusual request, and we will not claim otherwise. We run test leads through the system before launch, set clear limits on what the agent may answer, and build in a handoff to a person. Accuracy depends on your business, so we do not quote a percentage.
Do I have to replace my CRM or other tools?
No. Most established businesses have a CRM, a scheduling tool and a few internal systems that work. We connect them so information moves without retyping. We work with GoHighLevel, and with HubSpot or Salesforce on request. What can be connected depends on what each tool allows, which we confirm during discovery.
Where does my data live?
It depends on the tier. At Tiers 1–3, automation tooling runs on managed platforms such as GoHighLevel, and your site runs on Cloudflare. At Tier 4, a private option lets FEDLIN provision and harden in-boundary hosting, including self-hosted automation, so data stays in your own environment. The assessment covers what fits your situation.
What should I not automate?
Keep a person on anything that needs judgment, trust or negotiation: complaints, sensitive conversations, custom pricing and final commitments. Automation suits repetitive, rule-based work such as acknowledging an inquiry, routing it, booking a slot and syncing records. We design the line with you in discovery, and a person can always take over.
How do you measure time saved?
We record a baseline during discovery, such as how long leads wait for a reply and how much time goes to manual entry, then report the same measures after launch. The ROI calculator gives an illustrative estimate from your own inputs. It is a starting point, not a guarantee, and real results depend on your volume and process.
