Modernize

You don't have to replace everything to modernize.

Established businesses have existing infrastructure — a CRM, a scheduling tool, a database somebody built years ago that still runs half the operation. Modernization doesn't mean throwing that out. It means connecting it to something better.

The problem with "just rebuild everything"

Most modernization pitches start with a full rebuild — new website, new CRM, new everything. For a business that's been operating for years, that's rarely realistic. Your team knows the current CRM. Your data lives in a specific format in a specific tool. Ripping all of it out and starting over is expensive, disruptive, and often unnecessary — the actual problem is usually that these systems don't talk to each other, not that any one of them is inherently bad.

What we actually do

We connect what you have instead of replacing it by default:

  • A modernized front end that pulls from or writes into your existing CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or others on request)
  • API integrations between tools that currently require manual data entry to stay in sync
  • Security hardening applied around existing systems, not just new ones
  • A phased path — modernize the customer-facing layer first, connect the backend systems as it makes sense — rather than one disruptive cutover

When there's no API to connect to

Some legacy systems — older insurance platforms, regional bank cores, logistics management software built before APIs were standard — are closed. There's no integration layer to hook into, which means Zapier, Make.com, and most automation tooling simply can't reach them.

For those systems, Automate Shift builds secured automation bots that interact directly with the software — logging in, extracting data, and pushing it into modern systems — the same way a human operator would, but automated. Canvex can surface that data through a modern web interface so staff work from a clean dashboard rather than the legacy UI.

The critical difference from commodity RPA: FEDLIN wraps these bots in hardened security perimeters. An automation bot that logs into a legacy system creates a new credential and access vector in your network — one that needs to be governed, monitored, and locked down, not left running without controls. That's what makes this viable for regulated environments where the legacy system holds sensitive data.

We're already working with a web agency, a marketing tool, and an IT contractor — can Continuit Web replace all of that?

Often, yes. A lot of clients come to us juggling separate vendors for the website, the lead/automation tooling, and security or IT — with nobody actually accountable when something breaks between them. Continuit Web consolidates that into one team covering all three. We can review what you have today and tell you honestly what should move over and what should stay.

How this fits the tier model

Every ContinuityWeb tier is built on the same principle: you move up a tier as your business grows, not out to a new vendor. The systems and integrations put in place at an earlier tier carry forward rather than getting rebuilt from scratch each time.
