Automation ROI calculator
Two dimensions of the same problem: manual work your team absorbs that automation could take off their plate, and cloud SaaS subscriptions paying for workflows you could run on infrastructure you own. Set the sliders to match your situation and see the baseline.

Based on the inputs you provided. These are illustrative estimates — actual savings depend on your specific workflows and infrastructure costs.
How this estimate works
The time section is deliberately simple: it adds the hours you spend each week on manual lead follow-up and CRM data entry, then applies the automation percentage you selected. The monthly figure multiplies the weekly result by 4.33, the average number of weeks in a month.
The time section reports hours, not dollars. Converting reclaimed hours into a dollar figure would require assumptions about your labour costs and close rates that we'd be inventing — so we don't.
The SaaS spend section shows your current monthly platform fee as a known dollar amount. Self-hosted workflow infrastructure replaces variable per-task platform costs with a fixed infrastructure cost — server hosting plus the managed engagement to provision, harden, and maintain it. Whether that trade is favorable depends on your volume and whether your situation requires it; the figure shown is your current platform fee only, not a net savings projection. Both sections are illustrative estimates based on the numbers you provided.
What actually gets automated
Automate Shift, the automation partner in the Continuit Web joint venture, builds the workflows that absorb this work:
- Instant lead qualification with SMS and email sequences dispatched on submission
- 24/7 AI voice agents that answer and book live calendar appointments
- CRM synchronization so records update without anyone retyping them (GoHighLevel; HubSpot / Salesforce on request)
- Automated onboarding, proposal generation, and follow-up sequences
