Not sure which tier fits? The free assessment is the starting point.
Signs a package fits
- You have a real lead flow and sales process, and the website or follow-up is holding it back.
- You pay several vendors and nobody is accountable across them.
- You want a defined scope, not hourly billing.
- You want to start small and add scope without switching vendors.
Which tier fits, and what grows by tier
| Tier | Monthly price | Who it fits | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | $3,750 / month | A founder-led company with an underperforming site | Conversion audit, landing-page improvements, analytics set up right, monthly SEO or content work |
| Plus | $5,250 / month | A growth-stage firm with a working sales process | Everything in Base, plus CRM, email and workflow automation, lead routing and monthly reporting |
| Premium (most popular) | $7,500 / month | A company paying for fragmented SaaS and manual operations | Everything in Plus, plus a self-hosted implementation and migration plan and ongoing monitoring |
| Ultra | $10,500 / month | An established company with multiple systems and high operational friction | Everything in Premium, plus custom integrations, security hardening and executive reporting |
Prices are per month, on a 90-day minimum term. The cards list what each tier includes. Quantities such as page counts, integrations or support hours are set in your statement of work, because they depend on your site and systems. Work outside a tier's scope is quoted before it starts.
What is the same in all four
- A defined scope, managed rather than billed by the hour.
- A 90-day minimum term.
- One accountable team across web, automation and security.
- A path up a tier instead of out to a new vendor.
The 90-day minimum term
A minimum term suits managed work because setup happens up front, and the results of audits, search work and automation take time to show. Ninety days gives the work time to produce something worth measuring, and lets us plan our capacity around your engagement. After the minimum term, the engagement continues month to month, as described in the FAQ below.
How pricing works
The four tiers are fixed monthly rates, billed on a 90-day minimum term: $3,750 (Base), $5,250 (Plus), $7,500 (Premium) and $10,500 (Ultra). Work that falls outside a tier is scoped separately, and these factors decide scope:
- The number of pages.
- The integrations you need.
- Compliance requirements.
- Traffic and support level.
