When you submit the contact form, the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, business name, and your message) are sent over an encrypted connection to our own endpoint and recorded as an inquiry in our team workspace (Notion) so a specialist can follow up. When you book a discovery call, scheduling is handled by our third-party booking provider, Arrangr, which collects your name, email, and any details you enter to arrange the meeting. When you browse the site, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to serve and protect it.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used only for legitimate purposes, including:

Responding to your inquiry and scheduling a consultation with the specialist leads.
Operating, securing, and improving this website.
With your consent, sending occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.

3. Data Security & Infrastructure Protection

This site is served over HTTPS (TLS) through Cloudflare's edge, with FEDLIN's security baseline (security headers and DDoS mitigation). Any client data handled under an engagement is protected per FEDLIN's controls — encryption in transit and at rest, continuous vulnerability assessment, and zero-trust access.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Continuit Web does not sell, rent, or monetize your data. We share information only with the subprocessors needed to run this site, capture inquiries, and schedule calls — currently Arrangr (booking & scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS & security), and Notion (inquiry intake & tracking) — each governed by its own terms. We never share your information for third-party advertising.
