1. Information We Collect

We collect only what you choose to share. When you submit the contact form, the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, business name, and your message) are sent over an encrypted connection to our own endpoint and recorded as an inquiry in our team workspace (Notion) so a specialist can follow up. When you book a discovery call, scheduling is handled by our third-party booking provider, Arrangr, which collects your name, email, and any details you enter to arrange the meeting. When you browse the site, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to serve and protect it.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used only for legitimate purposes, including:

• Responding to your inquiry and scheduling a consultation with the specialist leads.
• Operating, securing, and improving this website.
• With your consent, sending occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.

3. Data Security & Infrastructure Protection

This site is served over HTTPS (TLS) through Cloudflare's edge, with FEDLIN's security baseline (security headers and DDoS mitigation). Any client data handled under an engagement is protected per FEDLIN's controls — encryption in transit and at rest, continuous vulnerability assessment, and zero-trust access.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Continuit Web does not sell, rent, or monetize your data. We share information only with the subprocessors needed to run this site, capture inquiries, and schedule calls — currently Arrangr (booking & scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS & security), and Notion (inquiry intake & tracking) — each governed by its own terms. We never share your information for third-party advertising.

5. Information Kept in Your Browser

Where you came from. When you submit our contact form, we record the page you submitted it from, the first page you visited in that browser tab, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) on the link that brought you here, so we can see which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries. This information is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, and is sent to us only if you submit the form.

Results from our tools. If you use one of our calculators or the Modernization Assessment and then choose to contact us, we may carry the figures you entered into the contact form so you can send them with your message. They are held in your browser's session storage for that tab only, you can remove them before submitting, and we receive them only if you submit the form.
